For a multinational company, we're looking for a QUALITY MANAGER.

The candidate will guarantee the correct and effective implementation of a robust Quality System, in agreement with the Group Quality Policies, in particular assuring the expected quality of the finished goods, keeping an up-to-date documental system, managing nonconformities and corrective and preventive actions, periodically auditing and reviewing the system, and leading the continuous improvement as required by ISO 9001 and Customers' requirements.

Responsabilities:

- Leads the Quality Team and manages the Quality System in agreement with the Group policies and the relevant customer requirements, including, but not limited to the creation and update of the internal documental system (policies, procedures, guidelines, instructions, methods, quality plans, records, etc.).

- Assures the proper training for all the interested figures on the Quality System, its requirements, its improvements and any relevant Customer or legal updates.

- Assures the continuous improvement of the Quality System; manages internal nonconformities and customer complaints, coordinating the relevant corrective action plans; periodically assesses (audit) all the processes.

- Supervises and assures the Quality Control during the entire production flow, from incoming materials to finished goods, also defining the proper methods, measuring instruments and acceptance criteria.

- Cooperates with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations and HQ in the validation and start-up of new productions or processes, understanding the capabilities and the criticalities, defining the proper check activities and coordinating the correct application of all the quality requirements.

- Cooperates with the Purchasing department in the qualification and periodical follow-up and auditing of new and existing suppliers (quality-related aspects).

Requirements:

- University degree, preferably in technical disciplines

- At least 5 years of experience in technical areas of industrial companies

- Fluent English

The ideal worker is a team player, so he/she is able to work in group and to lead it.

Moreover he/she must have good communication skills because se/he have to liaise with all the staff and sometimes with the Clients.

Compensation commensurate with the skills and acquired professional experience
