CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS WITH MOTHER TONGUE LEVEL OF GERMAN FOR AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
Resources will be asked to contact current customers of the company to verify their level of satisfaction or will be asked to give them technical assistance.
Requirements:
- Mother tongue level of German language
-good knowledge of Office
-good communicative abilities
- predisposition to work in team
We offer a full-time shift work of 8 hours, from 8.00 to 21.00, from Monday to Saturday, 5 days out of 7 with one day off.
Duration of the contract: temporary contract of 6 months with possibility to continue
